The Center for Consumer Freedom discusses the foie gras ban in Chicago, and the way it will be circumvented. I have to admit, this is a brilliant move by the chefs, who will make a ton of money thanks to the ban. You'd think Chicago would have more pressing concerns...
I'm a Bears fan, but between this nonsense, and other things Chicago has done, it's going to be very easy to put off a visit to the Windy City.
